We’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can provide the best possible experience through our Great Food at Leeds outlets and services.

Let us know how the Refectory and our cafés on campus are doing by completing our 5 minute Catering customer survey and we’ll enter you into a prize draw for the chance to win one of our great prizes, including an iPad bundle, complete with Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard.

There will be two top prizes of an iPad bundle, plus five £25 Amazon vouchers, 10 University of Leeds KeepCups and 150 Great Food at Leeds hot drinks vouchers.

You have until Sunday 17 May 2026 at 11:59pm to enter the survey.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The promoter and data controller for this survey is Great Food at Leeds, University of Leeds, LS2 9JT.
  2. Jisc is the data processer on behalf of Great Food at Leeds.
  3. Any personal data submitted as part of this survey will be used only for the purposes of facilitating the prize draw.
  4. All entries must be received by Sunday 17 May 2026 at 11:59pm. The promoter reserves the right to extend this deadline without notice.
  5. Participants must complete the Catering Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026 and include an email address to be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be drawn at random.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. Two x iPad bundles (11” 2025 iPad, Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard) equates to two individual prizes, 150 x Great Food at Leeds vouchers equates to 150 individual prizes and the same logic is applied to the other prizes on offer. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  8. The survey and prize draw are open to all University of Leeds staff, students and visitors to the University.
  9. Prizes available include: two 2025 11″ Apple iPad, Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad and Apple Pencil bundles, five £25 Amazon vouchers, 150 Great Food at Leeds free hot drinks vouchers, 10 University of Leeds KeepCups.
  10. Great Food at Leeds hot drink vouchers are redeemable against a regular hot drink in any of the Great Food at Leeds operated locations on campus. This does not include Caffè Nero locations on campus and eateries in the students’ union. The winners must provide their University email address and download the GFaL Rewards app to obtain the hot drink voucher.
  11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative is possible.
  12. By entering the prize draw, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity, including photographs and audio and/or visual recordings, if you are selected as a winner.
  13. Winners will be notified via email. Great Food at Leeds will make a reasonable attempt to contact the winners, but reserve the right to draw a substitute winner if this is not possible.
  14. Only official communications issued directly from our verified accounts or email addresses will be considered valid. Great Food at Leeds reserve the right to disqualify entries or claims based on falsified or manipulated content, including AI-generated materials.
