Great Food at Leeds Esther Simpson Giveaway

To celebrate the launch of Click & Collect and Order to Table in Esther Simpson Café, we’re running a week long competition to win £50 Great Food at Leeds credit and a University of Leeds KeepCup!

To enter, all you have to do is use either of the ordering methods above (either through the GFaL Rewards app or by scanning the QR codes on the tables) and you’ll automatically be entered into the prize draw.

The competition will start on Friday 29 May and will run until 5pm Monday 8 June. Any entries after this date will not be counted.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Great Food at Leeds will use any personal data submitted only for the purposes of facilitating the prize draw.
  2. All entries must be received by Monday 8 June 2026 at 5pm.
  3. All entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Tuesday 9 June 2026. The winner will be drawn at random.
  4. One entry per person allowed, on completion order via the click & collect or order to table functionality in Esther Simpson Café.
  5. The giveaway is open to all University of Leeds staff, students and visitors.
  6. The prizes are one fifty pound (£50) credit upload onto a GFaL Rewards account and one (1) University of Leeds KeepCup. Great Food at Leeds credit is redeemable against food and drink in any of the Great Food at Leeds operated locations on campus, this does not include Caffe Nero outlets. The winners must provide their University email address and download the GFaL Rewards app to obtain the credit. Credit will be valid for 6 months.
  7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative is possible.
  8. The winner will be notified via email from Tuesday 9 June 2026. Great Food at Leeds will make a reasonable attempt to contact the winners, but reserve the right to draw substitute winner(s) if this is not possible.
  9. By entering the prize draw, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity, including photographs and audio and/or visual recordings, if you are selected as a winner.
  10. If any party wishes to not be part of the prize draw, but still would like to use the click & collect or order to table functionality in Esther Simpson Café, this can be facilitated by emailing [email protected].
