We are always interested in learning about our customers. We want to understand more about you and your preferences for food and drink options across Great Food at Leeds outlets on campus, including on the go meal options, hot food options, coffee and snacks.

Complete our 5 minute customer profiling questionnaire and you’ll receive a regular hot drink voucher, uploaded to your GFaL Rewards app.

Prohibition PR are conducting the questionnaire on behalf of University of Leeds. For more information on how your data will be processed please see our privacy policy here: https://gfal.leeds.ac.uk/privacy/.

Customers must complete the questionnaire in full and leave their email address linked to a GFaL Rewards app account in order to receive the hot drink voucher. It is the responsibility of the customer completing the questionnaire to provide a valid email address. Vouchers will be uploaded 7 days after the questionnaire has closed.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The data controller for this questionnaire is Prohibition PR, Victoria Wharf, Unit 4 Sovereign St, Leeds LS1 4BA, on behalf of the promoter, Great Food at Leeds, University of Leeds.
  2. Prohibition PR are the data processers on behalf of the data controller Great Food at Leeds, University of Leeds.
  3. Personal data submitted as part of this questionnaire will be used only for the purposes of facilitating the hot drink voucher, unless the customer has consented to be contacted about future focus groups.
  4. The last day to complete the questionnaire is 26 March 2026 at 11:59pm. The promoter reserves the right to extend this deadline without notice.
  5. Participants must complete the questionnaire and include a valid email address linked to a GFaL Rewards app account in order to receive a hot drink voucher.
  6. No participant may win more than one hot drink voucher.
  7. The questionnaire and prize draw are open to all University of Leeds staff, students and visitors to the University.
  8. Great Food at Leeds hot drink vouchers are redeemable against a regular hot drink in any of the Great Food at Leeds operated locations on campus. This does not include Caffè Nero locations on campus and eateries in the students’ union. The winners must provide their University email address and download the GFaL Rewards app to obtain the voucher.
  9. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative is possible.
  10. Great Food at Leeds will make a reasonable attempt to upload the vouchers.
  11. Vouchers will be uploaded up to 7 days after the closure of the questionnaire.
