How many will it serve?
Most of our food/drink available to order is per person/head. However there are a few exceptions like Platters that will serve 3-10.
The item will normally serve 1 unless stated.
Can I order more than one delivery at a time?
Of course, you can set up your delivery slots so you can order multiple deliveries in one day or even order for a full weeks’ worth of events in one go
I have a delegate with specific dietary requirements. How shall I order something suitable?
We have a great selection of Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Halal and Kosher meals available to order. However if you feel that you need further help or advice please add a note to the comments box (at the end of the order process) and we will recommend something suitable for the delegates needs. We can always offer a boxed salad freshly prepared by the chefs to cater for dietary needs.
I need to place a last minute order. Will this be ok?
We do our very best to cater for any and all last minute orders.
However there are occasions when we need time for the chefs to order particular items. This means that some choices on the menu would need more than 48 hours’ notice. If the order is for some time in the next 48 hours we may be limited to what we can offer.
The Chef’s choice buffet with sandwiches is the ideal last minute choice.
I would like to order crockery with my delivery. How do I go about this?
Towards the end of the order process there will be a box for crockery. Please enter the quantity you need (we charge 25p per item) and in the comments box please state if you would like glasses, cups/saucers or plates.
Please note you will receive disposable crockery as standard with all delivers unless crockery has been requested. You will also receive wine glasses as standard when you order wine.
How do I cancel my booking?

I would like a member of staff to serve this food/drink?
We can supply a member of staff to serve during your event. Please bear in mind there may be staff charges for this. Email the delivery team (email@example.com) for a quote.
I am external to the University and don’t have an account code. What do I put into the account code box?
Please enter “000000” and you will be contacted by a member of staff to discuss invoice/payment.
I need to tell you something regarding my catering?
Please use the comments box at the end of your booking and if required a member of the team will get in contact.
Will my non-disposable items be collected?
Deli(very) is committed to the University’s recycling agenda. If you have ordered delivered catering on disposables, please ensure you recycle these in the correct way. We have provided a helpful guide on recycling. Items that are on non-disposables (i.e. crackle glass platters, tea/coffee pots and crockery items) will be collected by members of the Great Food at Leeds Deli(very) team within 24 hours of your event. If your items have not been collected, please contact 0113 343 3682.
Please ensure that all non-disposable items are packed up and ready for collection after your event.
We encourage customers to recycle disposable items and food waste where possible. Three recycle bags are provided for your ease in disposing of all non-returnable items, and these bags should be placed in the nearest recycling bins.

Please note there are staff charges with out of hours deliveries; this includes evenings (after 5pm) and weekends.
