Order GFaL Food/Drink Vouchers
Terms and conditions:
- Food/drink voucher purchase. The purchaser agrees to pay the full value of the vouchers ordered at the time of purchasing.
- Food/drink voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period determined by the purchaser at time of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Food/drink voucher redemption. Vouchers can be redeemed by presenting the voucher at point of purchase. Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a transaction. If the transaction cost exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the user at the point of purchase. Vouchers can only be used in the catering outlets selected at the time of purchasing. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at Caffè Nero locations on campus at any time.
- Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable. No change or credit can be given. For example, in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the items purchased, for example where a £7.50 voucher is used to purchase a £5 meal
- Lost or stolen food/drink vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Cancellation. If the purchaser cancels an order for food/drink vouchers more than 48 working hours ahead of the start date, they will not be charged. If a food/drink voucher order is cancelled by the purchaser less than 48 working hours before the start date, full charge will be taken from cost code provided.
