Choose from fresh Tossed Salads, Noodles and Hot Wok selection, Hot Sandwiches, Homemade Soup, Jacket Potatoes, Pizza, Pasta Dishes and our exciting Street Food section, offering authentic food from around the world.
Choose your wrap, bagel or artisan bread, add from a selection of dressings and fresh salad. Finally add the premium filling of your choice.
Tossed Salad – Dressed to impress!
Choose from a base of cous cous, rice, chickpeas or pasta and add a deli item and fresh salad items of your choice.
Choose from a selection of fillings, such as Tuna, Cheese and Coronation Chicken, add salad garnish to finish.
Soup of the day
Choice of two different soups everyday, served with a choice of bread rolls.

Students who live in catered accommodation on campus (Ellerslie, Lyddon & Charles Morris Halls) can eat in The Refectory using the pre-paid Meal Plan Package.
Gluten Free Accredited
The Refectory has been awarded the Gluten-Free accreditation from Coeliac UK.
