We’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can provide the best possible experience through our Great Food at Leeds outlets and services.

Let us know how the Refectory and our cafés on campus are doing by completing our 5 minute Catering customer survey and we’ll enter you into a prize draw for the chance to win one of our great prizes, worth up to £200.

There will be one top prize of a £200 Love2Shop voucher, one prize of a £50 Love2Shop voucher and five prizes of University of Leeds KeepCups.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The promoter and data controller for this survey is Great Food at Leeds, University of Leeds, LS2 9JT.
  2. Jisc is the data processer on behalf of Great Food at Leeds.
  3. Any personal data submitted as part of this survey will be used only for the purposes of facilitating the prize draw.
  4. All entries must be received by Sunday 12 May 2024 at 11:59pm. The promoter reserves the right to extend this deadline without notice.
  5. Participants must complete the Catering Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 and include an email address to be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be drawn at random.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  8. The survey and prize draw are open to all University of Leeds staff, students and visitors to the University.
  9. Prizes available are one £200 Love2Shop voucher, one £50 Love2Shop voucher and five prizes of University of Leeds KeepCups.
  10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative is possible.
  11. Winners will be notified via email. Great Food at Leeds will make a reasonable attempt to contact the winners, but reserve the right to draw a substitute winner if this is not possible.
