Can I order more than one delivery at a time?
Of course. To place an order, please email delivery@leeds.ac.uk with your requirements and one of our team will be in touch with your shortly.
I have a delegate with specific dietary requirements, can you cater for this?
Of course. We have a great selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food options on our menu. We are also able to cater for halal and kosher, and will recommend something suitable for delegates with these requirements. Please make us aware of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of £10 per order.
The minimum order value is in place to ensure that we can continue providing a prompt and reliable service to all our customers, while also covering operational costs.
I want to place an order for an off campus location, is this possible?
Of course, we are able to accommodate orders for off campus locations.
Please be aware there is a minimum order requirement of 10 guests for all off campus locations, this requirement is in place to ensure efficiency and financial sustainability of the delivered catering service.
Are there any restrictions when ordering during peak, lunchtime hours?
Yes, we have some ordering restrictions during lunchtime hours (11:45am-1:30pm) to ensure efficient service and timely delivery to our customers during this peak time.
I need to place a last minute order, will this be ok?
We do our very best to cater for last minute orders. However, orders placed with less than two full working days’ notice cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to more limited catering options.
I would like a weekend delivery, will there be an additional cost?
We are able to support with deliveries required on Saturday or Sundays.
We are able to fulfil orders for a minimum of 50 guests on a Saturday, between 8am-1pm. Order requests for a Sunday will be fulfilled by a nominated third party caterer, unless agreed otherwise.

I would like to order crockery with my delivery. How do I go about this?
Please let us know at the time of ordering if crockery is required, this will be charged at £1 per item.
Please note you will receive disposable crockery as standard with all delivers unless crockery has been requested. You will also receive wine glasses as standard when you order wine.
I would like to order milk for delivery, is this possible?
Milk orders of six, four pint bottles or more are available through Deli(very) and are subject to the delivery charge of £5. For smaller requirements, bottles of milk can instead be purchased from Great Food at Leeds operated retail outlets on campus.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel a booking please contact our team on delivery@leeds.ac.uk
Please note any cancellations with less than one full working days’ notice will incur the full order charge.
I would like a member of staff to serve this food/drink?
We can supply a member of staff to serve during your event. There will be a charge per hour, per staff member of £20. Late evening and weekend bookings requiring staffing may incur higher charges, to be discussed on an ad hoc basis at the time of booking.
Will my non-disposable items be collected?
Deli(very) is committed to the University’s Sustainability strategy. If you have ordered delivered catering on disposables, please ensure you recycle these in the correct way. Items that are on non-disposables (i.e. crackle glass platters, tea/coffee pots and crockery items) will be collected by members of the Great Food at Leeds Deli(very) team within 24 hours of your event. Please ensure that all non-disposable items are packed up and ready for collection. If your items have not been collected, please contact delivery@leeds.ac.uk.
We encourage customers to recycle disposable items and food waste where possible. Three recycle bags are provided for your ease in disposing of all non-returnable items, and these bags should be placed in the nearest recycling bins.
