Pizza base

  • 350gm plain flour
  • 2&3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon oil (1 tbsp for the dough and 1 tbsp to glaze the edge of the dough before cooking as this helps it go golden brown).
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200ml lukewarm water

Gluten free pizza base 

  • 350gm gluten free plain flour

Pizza sauce 

You can buy this ready made or an easier alternative is

  • 4 tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch of garlic salt

Pizza Toppings 

I do not like to give quantities as this is where you can be as creative as you like!

Any Grated cheese you want (mozzarella is most traditional)

You can also use vegan cheese

You can put any of your favourite foods on a pizza. Change the pizza sauce to some bolognese or chilli you may have left over. If you don’t like tomato sauce, then change it to a swirl of barbecue sauce or garlic butter instead.
