Big changes have happened in the way all food businesses have to give information to their customers

From 13th December 2014 clear information must be given about any the 14 identified allergens used in foods sold or provided.

The 14 allergies are:

  • CELERY
  • Cereals containing GLUTEN
  • CRUSTACEANS
  • EGGS
  • FISH
  • LUPIN
  • MILK
  • MOLLUSCS
  • MUSTARD
  • NUTS
  • PEANUTS
  • SESAME SEEDS
  • SOYA
  • SULPHUR DIOXIDE

Great Food at Leeds fully complies with the new Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
